The Museum of the Cape Fear is hosting Colby Lipscomb, Education Coordinator at Bentonville Battlefield, to provide us with a lecture that will highlight the importance of medical treatment at the battle of Bentonville during the American Civil War.
A themed run/walk in support of our military medical first responders will start at the courthouse parking lot and go past several military-centric locations in the downtown area (approximately 3 miles).
Hosted by Team RWB Fort Bragg/Fayetteville
An alternate 1.6 mile course for runners/walkers will be available that goes to the Iron Mike statue and back.
There will be post-event refreshments.
